Cynthia Bloebaum
is a chef/caterer, specializing in the regional foods of Europe. She has trained in Europe, been a chef at local restaurants, cooked for French wine classes and taught food and wine pairing for UC Berkeley Extension.

Come Along on Our Trip to France

Plans are being made now for a trip to Caunes Minervois (Southern France), tentatively scheduled for October/November 2004. This is a Food and Wine tour with accomodations at L'Ancienne Boulangerie (the Ancient Bakery). Interested in going or want more info? Please contact me!

7:00PM, ALTERNATING TUESDAYS, BEGINNING JUNE 15
Cost is $55 per class or 6 classes for $300

We'll eat and drink our way through the major wine producing regions of Italy.
At least 8 wines per night. This is accompanied by a family style meal which includes regional specialties. History of the foods and wines will be discussed; tasting sheets and maps will be provided. Class lasts approximately 2 hours.

Please bring 8 wine glasses to each class.

6/29: Piedmonte and the Alto Adige

7/13: Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna

7/27: Umbria, Lazio and Le Marche

8/10: Abruzzi, Campagnia and Puglia

8/24: Sicily and Sardinia
